Guest Experience Associate

Part-time to Full-time Hours: 20-40 per week

Must be available to work weekends

Job Description: 

TITANIC: The Artifact Exhibition anchors in Boston this fall at The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza. Viewed by more than 35 million people worldwide, this Exhibition is one of the highest attended in history. Guest Experience Associates are the face of our exhibition and provide excellent customer service to our visitors. These staff members are the first point-of-contact when guests arrive at our venue and are there to assist in making their experience smooth and enjoyable. They assist with sales transactions as well as maintaining the exhibition space to elevate the guest experience in any way possible. Attendance and timeliness are paramount in this position as we will be working with a small team each day. Please note, this position requires the ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing excellent customer service at all points throughout the exhibit
• Greeting all guests as they arrive in a positive demeanor
• Assisting guests with entry by scanning or selling tickets
• Ensuring guests are aware of and follow any policies while in our venue
• Assisting in the sale and restocking of merchandise
• Handing out audio guides and promoting their sale where appropriate 
• Taking photographs for VIP guests
• Assisting guests with coat check
• Maintaining the exhibition space
• Completing other duties as may be reasonably requested by management
